Kaznia reforms into the Kaznian Federation

Today the Second November Reforms have taken place, although plans for reform began to be drawn up a month prior today is the day those plans are put into practice. The Principality of Kaznia has reformed into the Kaznian Federation today, tomorrow the Kaznian Federation will formally be known as "The Cheslovian Federation", but can still be informally reforrered to as "The Kaznian Federation".

Much has remained the same, with the exception of the government and subdivisions.

The four new Republics (similar to the USA states, but with more autonomy) are from west to east: Stettin (the Republic of Stettin), Milna (The Milnian Republic), Transylvakia (The Transylvakian Republic) and Estovakia (The Estoviakian Republic).

The national flag has remained the same as has the coat of arms.

Kaznia will change its name

On the 2nd November 2008 the Kaznian Federation (currently still The Principality of Kaznia until 1st November) to the Cheslovian Federation, the name Kaznia will still be used but at a more informal level, it will be used as a local name for the nation. The government has decided not to abandon the name because it is seen as a major part of Kaznian history, it has been used for over three years. Cheslovia was originally the name of an Okrug (an area of de-facto control) that will be established on 1st November, the Okrug has now been renamed to Valdisia.

The Kaznian language will be known as the Cheslovian language, but can be called Bolkarian, Kazo-Bolkarian, Kaznian or Kaznian/Bolkarian. The denonym will be Cheslovian or Cheslov, however the old denonyms are still accepted, these are Kaznian and Kaz.

Kaznia establishes Kaznian Science and Technology Research Institution

The government has established the Kaznian Science and Technology Research Institution (KSTRI), it will work with the Kaznian Ministry of Air and Space Exploration (KMASE).

Currently the KSTRI is initiating its first projects called "Project Cheinas", it is being conducted in the newly established Zoltanov Laboratory. The purpose of the experiment is to see whether or not an ecosystem can create its own atmosphere after all air from the container has been vacuumed out.

Kaznia and Malokaz establish the BCSA

Today, Kaznia and Malokaz signed the Treaty of Serov, and thus establishing the Baltian Collective Security Alliance (BCSA). The BCSA is a military alliance that consists strctly of Baltian states, only nations located in Baltian borders can join the BCSA. Currently the only nation in the BCSA are Kaznian and Malokaz.

Kaznia will reform into a federation

The Principality of Kaznia will soon reform into a federation after Mikhail Gorbachev, Vladimir Turkov, Boris Groznayev and Vasili Uladimovs proposals were accepted. The full reformation will take place on 1st November 2008.

The Kaznian Language Institute updates Kaznian/Bolkarian language

Deputy Minister of Justice and KCJ Judge M. Gorbachev has proposed a Kaznian Agency Confederation Organisation (KACO), that will be put into effect if approved to help reform the nation from language to national borders and also to be used to monitor presidential votes if the nation is reformed into a Federation. The government has stated that the King and several government ministers shall review the documents given and decide on a decision soon. Previous plans for a Kaznian Federation differed considerably, the previously planned federation focused on the reform of national sub-divisions into Republics (states) which have complete Kaznian control over, Okrugs (districts) which have a Kaznia de-facto control over and Krais (territories) in which no Kaznian control is exerted but the area is claimed as part of Kaznia.

Kaznia re-establishes The KDI Navy

The LKaznian Navy has today been re-establlished. The KDI Navy has a new ensign different to the old one. The government of Kaznia has officially stated that if Georgia is annexed as part of Russia, Kaznia will establish a territory called "Sakartvia" (Georgian:საქართვია Russian:Сакартвия) a name that is derived from Sakartvelo (Georgian word for Georgia). The territory will be established to preserve Georgian culture. The Decision came from the King himself when he said "Myself and the people of Kaznia will greatly miss Georgia, which can only be described as a one of a king unique European country". Sakartvia (also unofficially known as New Georgia) will be created to try and preserve Georvian culture and tradition.

Kaznia changes foundation day
Kaznia has officially changed the date of its foundation from 15th February 2007 to 1th March 2005, the change comes after the government considered that in 2005, there was a micronation created by Dudayev Kovak, and had similar characteristics to Kaznia. Founders day will now be held every 11th March. 15th February will be known as "Kaznia Day", a national holiday that celebrates Kaznia's culture, history and achievements.

Musorov creates city logo
The city of Musorov has today adopted a city logo that was designed on 25th June 2008, it is said to be "Musorov as seen from the north", to the left of the logo are the modern eastern districts such as Koris District and to the right are the old historical districts such as Esterhazi and Dimitar Districts. The logo was inspired by the logo of Tallinn. The logo of Musorov will not replace the coat of arms of Musorov.

Neigbourhood Football Association opens
The Neighbourhood Football Association (NFA) has today opened. The government has today helped Kaznian citiens create a micronation called "Malokaz". Two agreements were signed between the two nations, these were: "The Kaznia - Malokaz Currency Agreement" allowing Malokaz to use the Kaznian Oubel and "The Kaznia - Malokaz Citizenship agreement" stating that all Malokaznian citizens are also citizens of Kaznia, including their King "Artur Voyislav".

The government of Malokaz is a monarchy but the Malokaznian government is less advanced as the Kaznian. Many projects between Kaznia and Malokaz have been planned.

Kaznia adopts "Kaznian names"

The government has today voted to adapt special names called "Kaznian Names". Kaznian names were adapted for cultural purposes . There are two types of Kaznian names: First Kaznian names (used just like a first name) and second Kaznian names (used like a surname). Kaznian names do not replace the true names of Kaznians. It is compulsory for government officials to adopt Kaznian names, (but they still keep their true names) but it is optional for Kaznian citizens who do not work in the government.

Kaznian names will be used when Kaznian politicians or on official business. From this moment on, the King will be called "Dudayev Kovak".

The NAFM approves the Musorov Treaty

The Musorov Treaty has been accepted by the NAFM today in a historic vote held in the NAFM Parliament which lasted six days, all members who voted were in favor of the treaty being passed. War has been declared

Today, war has officially been declared by the Kaznian government against the government of Licentia due to Licentia's hostile attitude towards Bzan and Cakeland, both Bzan and Cakeland are close allies of Kaznia. Although Kaznia will not be able to deploy it's army, it will assist in the conflict by offering support and spreading propaganda. The new Chairmanship State of the NAFM (Cakeland) has, however, stated that the NAFM as a whole will not go to war against Licenia.

Confusion over currency name

Today a minor error has been made, several gevernment official have accidentaly named the Kolep (subunit of the Kaznian Oubel) as the Kopek in several documents that where created today, rather than replace the documents (which would take alot of time) the Kaznian government has announced that the Kolep can either be referred to as the Kolep or the Kopek, however the official name of it is the Kolep.

Expansion of Bolkarian language

The government (regulator of the Bokarian language) has today expanded Bolkarian with two new grammar rules, and much more vocabulary. The two new grammar rules (Bolkarian grammar has never been created up until now) include a plural suffix and a past tense suffix, however Bolkarian grammar is still much like English grammar. However, the large extension on the Bolkairan language has resulted in numerous duplicate words and/or "more detailed" words, for example, originally the word "Oság" could mean Kingdom or Principality, however, in the recent expansion of Bolkarian two new words have appeared: "Korőlyesto" (which means Kingdom) and "Knyaszőstva" (which means Principality). Despite this, the government has no intention of correcting and/or replacing duplicate words saying "If there are two or more of the same word, it means you can say either of them" the same also applies for "more detailed words" (such as "Korőlyesto" and "Knyaszőstva"). The government has said, the words that are duplicate in the 2007 dictionary issue can be referred to as "Old Bolkarian" and the new words in the 2008 issue can be referred to as "New Bolkarian" or just "Bolkarian", however as stated above, you can say either of the duplicate words.

Kaznia expands territories

The government has today expanded the Kaznian territories by annexing four more regions: Smorgon, Soligorsk, Muskovia and Kosovaria. With the new territories comes news cities, including Kaznia new second biggest city (after Musorov) that has been called "Pesochnya". Ghost sighted near Isevolod

At approximately 10:00pm 11.05.2008, a ghost was sighted on a road between Isevolod and Tagil, it was sighted by the King and another member of the government. The ghost has been named "The mist of the Kurai Hills" or "The ghost of Turi Hill". The air was clear, no fog/mist , no wind, quite warm. The King was inside a car, as the car turned a corner, he and the minister of justice saw what looked like thick white mist that stretched across the road, as the car (with windows open slightly) moved through the "mist" a strong smell of burning flesh came about. The King and minister of justice have both dismissed the theory of it being smoke as it was too white and there was no other human activity between Isevolod and Tagil, no fire could be seen or heard, also if it was smoke coming from a fire, it would have been away from the fire, the mist was in one place, not moving. The idea of it being fog/mist has also been dismissed as it was much too dense to be mist/fog, there is also no water or marshy areas near Tagil. The King has planned the "Ghost Research Agency (GRA)" to be established soon. The corner on the road has since been named "Vaiduoklis Corner", Vaiduoklis is Lithuanian (a co-official language of Kaznia) for the word "ghost".

Kaznia to support the independence of The Democratic Peoples Republic of Bzan
The government supports the independence of Bzan from Licentia, The NAFM (currently under Kaznian leadership) is also supporting the independence of Bzan. As well as Kaznia and the NAFM, Cakeland also supports this, Kaznia has pledged its support if there is a conflict. Kaznia shall recognise Bzan as independent within the week.

Kaznia to celebrate 9th May as Europe Day

The Principality of Kaznia is to celebrate every 9th May as Europe Day, the government has introduced this national holiday primarily because two thirds (approximately) of Kaznian citizens support the European Union, and/or are European Patriots. The King and all members of the government are patriots of Europe and the EU, and have been long before the establishment of Kaznia. Kaznia feels much pride in Europe and is proud of Europe's achievements. This is why the Kaznian government feels that having the 9th May as Europe Day, will help reflect Kaznia's loyalty and patriotism to Europe. Europe is also Kaznia's home continent, all citizens of Kaznia were born in Europe, and many feel that Europe is their home land as well as Kaznia. From this day on, the EU flag will fly along side the flag of Kaznia.

Musorov's new twin city

The City of Musorov has been officially twinned with The City of Knapp in Fristehen. The leaders of both Kaznia and Fristehen agreed that the twinning of the cities would show the strong relationship between Kaznia and Fristehen. The two cities are both capital cities, Knapp is the capital of Fristehen and Musorov is the capital of Kaznia. The Kaznian government is both proud and honoured that Musorov is twinned with Knapp.

KazWil International

The Head Quarters of KazWil International (based in Musorov) have today announced that KazWil International (KWI) will not be shutdown, however, the KazWil International branch in Wiltamshire will be. The closure of the Wiltamshire half of KazWil Inteternational is due to Wiltamshires official end on 3rd May by decree of its leader. KazWil International is now a fully owned Kaznian company. Kania has also retracted its recognition of Wiltamshire because of its official end.

Kaznian Expansion due soon
The expansion of Kaznias borders is long overdue. The plan has not been abandoned and will be put into effect soon. Also, Kaznia has been planning to reform its government into a type of federation/confederation which will consist of autonomouse regions, each of these autonomouse regions will specialise in a type of government and have its own unique laws. For example, a man in Kozov wants to smoke but cannot because of Kozov's laws, but he can move into Tamir to smoke.

Other proposals for names where: The Corporate Union and KazWil Inc. Kaznia and Wiltamshire are currently discussing where the HQ should be based and what the symbol of the company should be.

Today, a citizen of Kaznia is creating an English political party called "The English Centerists (EC)", it was previously called "The English National Party (ENP)" however it was changed due to the fact that it sound similar to the notorious "BNP". The EC was founded by Stephen Reveley, a member of the Kaznian government, there are currently 21 members of the EC, including His Majesty the King, who is the Public Affairs Secretary and head of the Public Affairs Ministry. However, the King and Stephen Reveley are still kaznian citizens and both have pledged to support each other. The King would like one thing known to all, and that is he WILL NOT put the EC before Kaznia ever, neither will Stephen Reveley.

The EC will support Kaznian independence from England, and in return Kaznia will inform the public of England and help in their campaigns. Kaznia and the King are currently proposing several ideas for the EC including symbols, slogans and policies. The symbol of the EC looks like a red communist star, similar to Kaznia's KDI symbol, and the flag of the EC is the English flag with a red star in the corner.

Kaznian Rocket Defence System (KRDS) Opens

The Kaznian Rocket Defence System (KRDS) has today opened on schedule, it has been planned for establishment since 1st January 2008, it is just one of three plans to strengthen Kaznias military for defence.

The Government has today stated that reforms are half complete, the name of Kaznia has been changed to Borislavia due to a government official discovering that the name is (embarrassingly) already in use by "the super man animated series", Borislavia will however remember the name Kaznia, as it was the most popular, Borislavia had on 4th December changed its name to Bolkaria, a Borslavian province, the province of Bolkaria was also briefly renamed to Muskovia, then Borislavia was yesterday renamed to Muskovia and the province of Muskovia was renamed back to Bolkaria, then finally, the nation was renamed to Borislavia, there was some amusing proposals for a new name such as The Principality of Musorov, The Principality of Pereyaslavl,New Russia and West Russia. The country has also expanded, and merged with (what was known as) Baltisk province, the nation is now estimated as half the size of Liechtenstein. Other changes have taken place, but it is too many to list.

The new Borislanvian website is now being created, it is unknown when it will be ready.

Today, the KDI completed their training at fort Serovostok, more training programs have been planed for the future, in other news, the Ministry of Defence will be asking citizens to join the NAFMDA Kaznian battalion for the rest of this week and all of next week.

The national reforms have officially commenced, already there has been significant change, Kaznia has expanded northward and taken three settlements, the new settlements are now officially known as Kuuresaare, Lavesaare and Tamsaluu, the capital will soon be renamed Tallimaa, the first priority of the national reforms is to create a single territory nation instead of a scattered territory nation, some provinces will be handed back over to England, these provinces will be: Vladichin, Rustoi and Borcha, only three scattered provinces will be kept: Beslau, Stettin and South Kaznia. The government has also made plans for a parliament (which will be known as the "suurekogu") to be established soon. These reforms are expected to last for an unknown amount of time. On 20th November 2007 Kaznia proposed to the NAFM plans for a possible "Development Council", the Development Council will help improve the member nations by offering advice and help. Kaznian Ministry of Intelligence uncovers impostor

The Kaznian Ministry of Intelligence has today discovered that Ashbourton has tried to sabotage the NAFM and also harm relations with Fristehen. The Kaznian Ministry of Intelligence was quick to act, they had contacted the Foreign Relations ministry and the King so that Fristehen could be warned of an intruder that was found in NAFM, the Kaznian Government also contacted Ashbourton about the failed sabotage attempts. The NAFM was not harmed in any way, and this failed sabotage has only strengthened the alliance between Kaznia and Fristehen.

The Musorov Conference

At 2.45pm Kaznia commenced the Musorov Conference, below is a copy of the agenda for the conference:

A1 was aborted to save time, instead, all citizens kept their current jobs. In A2, the relations with Molossia, Fristehen and the UNAM were disscussed, relations with Fristehen and Molossia are good, particularly with Fristehen, however, relations with the UNAM and its members are at an all time low. A3 saw NAFMDA's first two recruits. A4 was aborted to save time. A5 was particularly important, there was a discussion involving the possible implementation of a slight democracy that might be implemented on the 1st December. There were two other minor discussions, including, Fort Wilderness being renamed to Fort Serovostok, a new Colony and military training books. The new colony will be known as "South Kaznia", the colony is located and surrounded by the English city of Chippenham. South Kaznia, has autonomous status, it is ruled by Aidan McKay. The military training books will also be manufactured by South Kaznia.

Aswell as The Musorov Conference, the KDI Army participated in a small military excises. The Musorov Conference ended at 5.30pm.

At 12:00 Kaznian standard time (or Central European Time) Kaznia had withdrawn from UNAM, in response UNAM has enacted diplomatic and economic sanctions on Kaznia.

Today Kaznia has made its new diplomatic policy, the government hopes that it will encourage other nations to contact Kaznia.

The Musorov Conference
A conference will be held on tuesday 13th November 2007 in Musorov, the conference will include current issues such as the establishment of NAFM and the organisation of the Kaznia battalion for the NAFMDA. Aswell s NAFM issues it will cover some internal issues.

The Closure of Radio Kaznia
It was decided today that Radio Kaznia will be closed down. This is because it was too early for big steps such as a news and music broadcasting company. The King said that the Kaznia government needs to put its attention to important national issues, such as the upcomming Musorov Conference.

Kaznia will withdraw from UNAM
Kaznia has made plans to withdraw from UNAM so that it can attend to other matters suchas the NAFM, foreign relations and the Musorov Conference. Kaznia expects to withdarw on 14th November 2007, after Kaznia proposes its ideas for a new Unaro design. The Unaro is the currency of the UNAM.

Today, the North Atlantic Federation of Micronations (NAFM) has been officially established. The NAFM was established by Kaznia and Fristehen, to help improve relations of member states (currently Kaznia and Fristehen). Originally the NAFM was intended to be an exclusive union between Kaznia and Fristehen, but it was decided to allow other micronations to join. Planning for the NAFM began on the 25th October 2007.

Today, the government had its most important reforms. The reforms include removing obsolete ministries and merging ministries, as well as remodelling to Kaznian military into the KDI (Kaznian defence initiative). Also Kaznia has opened the KCJ (Kaznian court of justice).

Also Kaznia has changed its patron Saint to Saint Andrew, Kaznia has also reverted to its old national anthem. Kaznia has also annexed two new provinces: Vladichin and Brasov. Brasov is located to the north of the Kaznian Mainland (now called the "Capital Sector") and Vladichin is approximately 4 miles west of Beslau province.
Vladichin is now the largest province of Kaznia, completely dwarfing Rustoi province, and is also bigger than all Kaznian territories combined. Vladichin province has an area of 30.2887km².

Today the King officially announced that the reforms have ended, there are also some new changes to the country as listed below:

Russian becomes and official language of Kaznia, this is because Kaznia follows a Slavic culture, and to become more Slavic the nation needs to have a Slavic language.

Plans for the 2007 constitution are scraped, this is because most people working on the constitution are too busy attending other matters.

The reforms (also known as "The Great Revolution") have been some what beneficial for Kaznia and more reforms are planned for the future. The reforms lasted from 15th september 2007 and has now finished on the 6th of october 2007.

UNAM – Kaznia treaty finally signed

Today the UNAM signed the UNAM - Kaznia and put an end to recent hostilities. The SFRAN had also personally signed it stating that they would like to “express our profound interest in having stable and friendly relations with your nation.”
The UNAM as a whole recognizes Kaznia with de-facto recognition, as does the SFRAN.

Today Kaznia had changed its foreign policy only recognising Molossia. Aramisia and the UNAM (along with its member states) are no longer recognised, this is because they do not comprehend with Kaznias foreign policy. Aramisia does not exist any more and UNAM has not yet signed a treaty of peace Kaznia had proposed.

The Bolkarian language is officially no longer an official language of Kaznia, but it will still be used in Bolkaria region. Also the Borisovan language will no longer be a co-official language in Kaznia and will be completely gotten rid of, it will however be remembered in the national historic archives.

The towns of Barakov, Shilka and Vladimov will merge into Kirova, the towns will then become disticts.

Krivoy, Sovropol and Vrotislav will merge together to create Borcha.

The government will start the creation of a constitution on 1st October 2007.

The KSZ (Kaznia security zone) will change its boundaries to cover Borcha (Krivoy, Sovropol and Vrotislav) and Rustoi.

Radio Kaznia shall become a news broadcaster and the KBC (Kaznian broadcasting corporation) shall close down.

Lastly the reforms have been named "the great revolution", the reforms shall most likely continue through out the month and possibly into next month.

Today Kaznia took its first step to an independent way of life by building its first farm. It is a small strawberry farm located in Stettin province. The farm has been named Isvolod. There are other farms in Kaznia that were around before this one but this is the first human made one.

U.E.M commemoration week

Today Kaznia is holding a week long commemoration for the U.E.M, the U.E.M (union of European micronations) was a small organisation created by Kaznia and Noke (Noke is now a part of Kaznia). The purpose of the U.E.M was to help develop its member nations, the U.E.M was based on the E.U (European union). The U.E.M had in total three member states over different periods of time, the first countries that joined the U.E.M on friday 6th july 2007 was Kaznia and Noke, these where the founding states. On monday 9th july 2007 Noke wanted to sacrifice its sovereignty and fully become a part of Kaznia. On thursday 12th july 2007 Aramisia joined the U.E.M. Before anything could happen the U.E.M was forced to close down after being accused by the SFRAN of copying the UNAM. The U.E.M commemoration week will start on tuesday 7th august 2007 and will end on monday 13th august 2007.

Today dueling has been made illegal, it was made legal on sunday 18th march 2007 but there was never a duel between people. It was decided today to make it illegal mainly because it is unnecessary and a duel could result in serious injuries or death.
